Autoclude Announces New Keypad Operated Pump and BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 Accreditation.

Autoclude, the UK based manufacturer of peristaltic pumps, have launched their latest microprocessor controlled, variable speed/flow rate pump, the V025. The launch coincides with the company achieving BS EB ISO 9001 : 200 approval awarded for the 'design and manufacture of peristaltic pumps and associated equipment' and with Autoclude's intensification of their quality control system. The V025 comes with keypad or remote control and an LED display to indicate pump speed; remote control of 'start', 'stop', 'reverse' are via volt free contacts of low voltage signals; speed can be controlled remotely by 4-20mA or 0-10v dc signals with a remote 10K potentiometer option.

Operating from 84-26v 50/60Hz supply and fitted with four different sizes of tube, 1.6, 3.2, 4.0 and 4.8mm bore, in four materials, the pump gives excellent control in the range of 5 to 130 rpm and 1 to 260 ml/min, with the standard two roller rotor easily replaced by an optional three roller rotor if reduced pulsation is required.
