Home > Peristaltic Pumps > Warranty Warranty - Autoclude Peristaltic PumpsQUALITYAutoclude set out to provide products to the highest standards. Appropriate continual monitoring of suppliers is undertaken to ensure compliance with the company's own ISO 9001 quality accreditation. All staff members are encouraged to participate in quality improvements and new materials and processes are constantly sought to improve the end product. ALL PUMPS ARE FULLY TESTED BEFORE DESPATCH GUARANTEEAll pumps are tested fully before despatch. Autoclude have maintained this rigorous element of their pump build programme from the very beginning. All pumps are guaranteed against faulty manufacture and against defects in materials. Cased Pumps.Pumps that are supplied within enclosures carry a 2 year guarantee - parts and labour included. Such pumps are supplied with a Registration Card which we ask you to complete and return to confirm guarantee listing and giving the date of purchase. Uncased Pumps.A 2 year warranty applies to the industrial pumps from the M3000 series upwards. Again this guarantee includes parts and labour. Smaller OEM Pumps. These are provided with a 1 year guarantee, parts and labour are included. Obviously any guarantee is subject to the pump not having been used in an abusive manner. On some occasions we have been obliged to invalidate a guarantee due to the very poor treatment to a pump which was not revealed to Autoclude at the time of purchase. It will be recognised that we offer and quote for pumps based on information provided by our customers, and therefore to the best of our ability the pump supplied will meet all relevant conditions. All Autoclude pumps carry both serial and part number which is unique as a reference and should always be quoted. Cartridges and TubingThese items are referred to as 'consumable items' and therefore do not fall within any guarantee period. Autoclude do however endeavour to advise on expected tube life so that preventative maintenance can be put in place to avoid tube failures. |
